Police recover looted weapons

UDAYAPUR, June 21: Udayapur police have recovered all the weapons looted by Kirat Janawadi Workers Party (KJWP) after attacking Nunthala Police Post of Khotang district.



A police squad has recovered the last set of rifle from a deserted house at Bueipa-2, Khotang on Sunday night. The house belongs to Gajendra Rai who had migrated from the place some six years ago.



All the other looted weapons were recovered by the police earlier.



KJWP cadres had attacked the police post on May 3 and made off with the weapons.
