The prime minister is scheduled to furnish replies to the questions being raised by the lawmakers during the discussions on the policy and program, the Parliament Secretariat said.Although the PM was supposed to give his replies on Saturday, the program was postponed as discussions took time.
The parliament meeting has been summoned for 10:30 am as a remarkable number of lawmakers have wished to put their views on the government policy and program, said Secretariat Assistant Spokesperson Sudarshan Kuinkel.
The endorsement of the government policy and program takes place once the PM replies to the questions. Over a dozen amendment proposals have been registered to the government policy and program.
On the recommendation of the government, the President had presented the government policy and program for upcoming fiscal on July 8.RSS
