PM Oli leaves for New York to participate in UNGA (In Pictures)

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has left for the UN Headquarters in New York, leading a Nepali delegation to the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has left for the UN Headquarters in New York, leading a Nepali delegation to the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).


The Prime Minister will address the UNGA on September 26. The theme for the 79th UNGA General Debates is "Leaving No One Behind: Acting together for the advancement of peace, sustainable development and human dignity for present and future generations."

Prime Minister Oli is accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Arzu Rana Deuba, Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal and other senior officials. 


He will return to Kathmandu on September 30.
