KATHMANDU, Oct 27: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has extended best wishes to all Nepalis at home and abroad on the occasion of Tihar festival.

"May this festival bring good health, prosperity and success to all Nepalis," said the PM in a video message today.
"Tihar is a festival for all where inhuman, crow, dog, cow and ox are worshipped. The festival is also a festival of lights and flowers and union among sisters and brothers," reads the message of best wishes.
