KATHMANDU, Nov 2: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is being discharged from the hospital on Friday evening.
Oli, who was receiving treatment at Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre in the capital since October 29, is being discharged from the hospital soon, Prime Minister’s Press Advisor Kundan Aryal said. "He is leaving for his official residence Baluwatar shortly," Aryal said on Tweeter.
PM Oli to be discharged from hospital by Saturday
Aryal said that the prime minister has been fully recovered. “Prime Minister Oli’s health condition is now normal,” he said. Oli admitted to the CCU of Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre in Maharajgunj under the Institute of Medicine (IOM) on Monday after developing chest infection and fever.
A team of doctors including cardiologist Dr Arun Sayami, renal expert Dr Divya Singh and chest expert Dr Santa Kumar Das were involved in the prime minister's treatment.
