KATHMANDU, Oct 11: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today marked the Vijaya Dashami with his family members and relatives.
The PM did not receive tika but celebrated the festival with his family members and relatives, PM Dahal's Deputy Personal Secretary, Purna Karki, told the National News Agency (RSS).
Meanwhile, former PM and Nepali Congress President, Sher Bahadur Deuba, also did not receive tika this Dashain. Deuba did not receive tika due to the death of his nephew, his aide Bhanu Deuba said. RSS
