Additionally, the Prime Minister instructed authorities to prepare reports on damages to structures during the Gen Z protests and to develop a policy and action plan for reconstruction. She urged ensuring uninterrupted public services by arranging immediate procurement or alternative service mechanisms.

Sharing that she has been continuously holding discussions with the Election Commission, security bodies, political parties and other bodies to create an election environment, Prime Minister Karki instructed them to perform their duties and responsibilities efficiently for the preparation of the election.

The Prime Minister also advised taking necessary initiatives to set up new standards by reviewing the implementation of annual action plans of all ministries.

Directing to make arrangements for meetings of all councils and committees, including the inter-provincial council under their chairmanship, she also drew attention to holding discussions related to diplomatic affairs in the presence of newly appointed ministers and chief ministers.

PM Karki argued, "All types of criminal activities should be controlled to ensure the rule of law. Make no compromise on it."

She also asked to carry out activities immediately to make public administration smooth and efficient by scrapping unnecessary structures, merging and handing over them.

"You are the permanent government. You will fulfil your duties and responsibilities by utilizing your knowledge, skill and experience," stressed the Prime Minister.
