KATHMANDU, Dec 7: Prime Minister Sushila Karki and former President Bidya Devi Bhandari held a meeting at Singha Durbar on Thursday.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, former President Bhandari had reached Singha Durbar to meet the Prime Minister Karki, where the two discussed contemporary political developments.
Helipad to be constructed inside Singha Durbar
During the meeting, Prime Minister Karki briefed the former President Bhandari on the upcoming elections and the government’s ongoing preparations. The Secretariat stated that Karki also informed Bhandari about the government’s work regarding the Gen-Z protests, demands put forward by the families of those killed during the movement, the concerns of the injured, and the overall progress made in addressing those demands.
Following the meeting, former President Bhandari observed different sections of Singha Durbar.
