KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed sorrow over the death of Centenarian Satya Mohan Joshi. He died at the age of 103 while undergoing treatment at KIST Medical College, Gwarko, Lalitpur this morning.
Prime Minister Deuba took to his twitter account to express his profound sorrow over the demise of the centenarian scholar. "I am deeply grieved by Joshi's death. I pray for eternal peace for the departed soul and express my condolences to the grief-stricken family members," the PM wrote in his twitter post.
Prime Minister Deuba also stated that the State shall always remember Joshi's contribution in the field of Nepali culture.
