KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal met the family of Bipin Joshi, who has been missing since the Hamas attack on Israel and is supposed to be in the captivity of the militant group.
At Kailali Airport, PM Dahal today met the parents of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who was held captive by Hamas in Israel.
