According to lawmaker and PHSC member Rajan Bhattarai, the meeting has also decided to summon the four people who filed complaints against Shrestha, for discussion on Monday.Earlier, the PHSC had received four complaints against senior most justice at SC Shrestha, who was recommended for the post. The complaints were registered at call of the PHSC.
The Constitutional Council on June 9 had recommended Shrestha for the top position at the Supreme Court.
If endorsed by the PHSC, Shrestha will be replacing incumbent CJ Ram Kumar Prasad Saha, who is retiring on coming July 8.
