KATHMANDU, Feb 24: A faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal on Wednesday organized a victory rally in the capital a day after the Supreme Court (SC) dismissed the government’s decision to dissolve the lower house of parliament.
