KATHMANDU, May 23: As the monsoon season sets in, the Nepal Army and Armed Police Force (APF) join hands for a pre-monsoon disaster response drill at the picturesque Taudaha Lake on the southern outskirts of Kathmandu. The simulation exercise focused on swift and coordinated rescue operations aimed at minimizing risks and casualties during natural calamities such as floods and landslides.
