I come from political and social service background. So, I have a very deep understanding of people's lives and their needs here. As people have voted for me, I feel very much responsible toward them than before. I do have some plans and projects to develop my municipality. First of all, I am going to draw an action plan for five years. My vision is holistic development. However, we are very much backward in terms of road network and widening it is my first priority. Agriculture and tourism should be boosted so that we could generate good employment opportunity and income.

My focus is the development of physical infrastructures. Here we need proper roads, hospitals, schools, colleges, bridges, irrigation facilities, drinking water taps and so on.

People have lived miserable life for long. The government has not given due attention to our place. Despite our leaders reaching top posts, we have remained in shadow. Now, after the local level elections, people are more confident this place would be developed speedily. And we are going to put in all out efforts to realize our dreams. We also got to generate employment.

My dream is to turn this place into a model municipality. I have a clear vision on what to do ahead. I was not sure of my victory but I had high hopes. I am very much grateful to the people for entrusting me and giving me this opportunity. With their support, I am going to change the face of our village pretty soon. I am going to give much priority to tourism. If we could promote tourism we could generate employment and bring in money. Our youths do not have to leave home for job abroad. I am going to work on the areas which need attention for tourism promotion here.

 We aspire for equitable society. You cannot treat everyone equally when their social status and historical background are not the same. We advocate for social change, social equality and justice. And then there are certain things we must do without delay to make it a model town. Quality development is our vision. Women and youths are two pillars of society. We are going to do something concrete for them too. Overall, our vision is a well-developed society.
