Speaking at the 55th anniversary function of Bhawani Higher Secondary School in Palungtar in Gorkha, PM Bhattarai highlighted the progress made so far in the peace process as a major achievement of his government.
On the occasion, Bhattarai also urged all to provide renewed support to his government. “This government itself is able to conclude the peace and constitution writing processes. Considering its good works, support should be lent to turn this government to national consensus status,” he said.
He also said the peace process and constitution writing task are moving ahead as per spirits of the seven-point agreement and expressed his confidence that all contentious issues of constitution writing will be resolved in a week’s time.
