Pedestrian dies after being hit by a motorcycle

DANG, Jan 5: A pedestrian died after he was hit by a motorcycle heading towards Chitwan from Sahid Gate of Dang this morning.

The deceased has been identified as 16-year-old Nimtulla Siddiqi from India and currently living at Ghorahi Municipality-11.

A motorcycle (Lu 28 Pa 847) hit him, leaving him seriously injured. He succumbed to injuries in course of treatment at the Kohalpur Hospital, Banke, police said.

Following the accident, police have arrested the motorcyclist. RSS
