KATHMANDU, Sept 2: Pathao Parcel, largest delivery network in Nepal, is going to deliver parcel all over Nepal for 1 rupee for a month. Businesses will get this service from September 1st to 30th under 'Pathao Parcel Delivery Festival'.

Suraksha Hamal, marketing director of Pathao Nepal, said that the one-month 'Pathao Parcel Delivery Festival' has been started with the aim of bringing all the small and big businesses of Kathmandu Valley to all over Nepal.

According to Hamal, Pathao is using 'Human Billboard' in Asan, New Road, Kalimati, Banasthali, Kuleshwar and Chabahil of Kathmandu to inform businesses like clothing stores, fashion house, cosmetics, accessories and gadgets about the festival. 

Pathao is currently providing parcel delivery services to more than 300 locations in Nepal. According to Pathao, parcel will be delivered from Pathao to Kathmandu valley within 24 hours, to main cities outside the valley on the second day and within 3 days to other places. 

Hamal said that Pathao Parcel, which started its service in December 2023, has provided delivery services to more than a thousand businesses in less than a year and delivers more than 90,000 a month.

To become a merchant in Pathao Parcel, Android users can download the Pathao Merchant app from the Play Store and iOS users can download the service from the App Store. Similarly, the app can also be downloaded from parcel.pathao.com. 

Merchants, who joined Pathao Parcel have their own professional dashboard and from there they can track payment details as well as where their parcel has been reached. Hamal informed that the money collected for the delivery will be deposited in the merchant's account within 48 hours.

Pathao Parcel is the largest delivery company in the country as it has its own network in all major cities of Nepal.
