ILAM, Dec 17: CPN-UML senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has claimed that the parliament would disapprove the constitution amendment bill.
At a regional training program organized by the CPN-UML at Danabari in Ilam on Saturday, leader Khanal accused the government of trying to invite conflict among people by enabling confrontational environment in the country.
Though his party has insisted on holding elections at all three levels for the implementation of the constitution, the government has failed to do so, he added. RSS
