KATHMANDU, May1: Minister for Labor and Employment Surya Man Gurung on Monday has said the legislature-parliament is set to pass Labor Act and Social Security Act in the immediate future.
Speaking at a function organized by Nepal Trade Union in the capital to mark the 128th May Day, Minister Gurung said the sub-committee formed to amend Labor Act has already sent revised Labor Act to the parliament for final approval.

He also said that the committee entrusted with the responsibility of amending Social Security Act will send the revised Social Security Act within two days.
He expressed the confidence that the two revised acts will be endorsed by the legislature parliament.
