KATHMANDU, Nov 20: The Legislature-Parliament has unanimously approved the proposal seeking consideration on the Company Act (first amendment) Bill-2073.
Sunday’s meeting of the parliament approved the proposal seeking consideration on the Bill presented by Minister for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Hridayaram Thani, on the behalf of the Industry Minister.
As per the new bill, one can register online a new industry or company from anywhere.
On the occasion, Minister Thani responded to the queries raised by lawmakers—Chudamani Jangali BK, Mina Pun, Karna Bahadur Thapa and Shyam Kumar Shrestha (Kavre) over various aspects of the Bill. RSS
