Parliament meeting put off by pasting notice

KATHMANDU, Dec 22: A meeting of the Legislature-Parliament scheduled for 13:00 pm today has been postponed through a notice.

The meeting has been rescheduled for 13:00 pm, Sunday of December 25, according to Speaker's press advisor Babin Sharma. 

House proceedings have been continuously adjourned since an introduction of the constitution amendment bill to the Legislature-Parliament on November 28. 

Impeachment motion against Chief (now suspended) of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Lokman Singh Karki, the bill related to the local election and the constitution amendment bill have been in pending due to the continuous adjournment of the House proceedings. RSS
