Parents arrested on charge of killing infant

GALKOT, Aug 7: A couple has been arrested in Baglung on the charge of killing their two-month-old baby.

The arrested were Biru BK, 24, of Nisikhola Rural Municipality-4, Wadachaur and 30-year-old Sabina, shared Information Officer at the District Police Office, Baglung, DSP Madan KC.

The infant died on the spot after he fell down on the floor and went unconscious last Thursday night. The infant fell down inside the home when the couple pulled the baby in a quarrel between them.

The police had obtained information about the incident only after three days of the killing.

Immediately the police arrested the BK couple and launched an investigation into the case.
