KATHMANDU, March 15: Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal Abrar H Hashmi called on  Narayan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha at the latter’s office in Singha Durbar on Thursday. 

Ambassador Hashmi congratulated Foreign Minister Shrestha on assuming the office of the Foreign Minister of Nepal. 

The Ambassador also conveyed felicitations on behalf of Foreign Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Ishaq Dar and the people of Pakistan to Minister Shrestha.

Foreign Minister Shrestha expressed his gratitude for the felicitation messages and expressed his commitment to further enhance the cordial bilateral relations existing between the two friendly countries. 

Ambassador Hashmi also discussed with Shrestha the full spectrum of bilateral relations, need for enhanced engagement in diverse fields; revival of existing bilateral mechanisms, exchanges between leadership, particularly youths, sports and businessmen and cooperation in regional and international organizations.
