SURKHET, Feb 4: The provincial assembly maiden meeting of Province 6 has concluded in the meeting hall of Irrigation Division, Surkhet today.

During the meeting PA members has  expresssed thier committment on unification for the development and prosperity of the province.

PA member Yamlal Kandel from CPN (UML), Mahendra Bahadur Shahi from CPN |(Maoist Center), Jeevan Bahadur Shahi and Soshila Shahi from Rastriya Prajatantra Party have expressed their view during the meeting.  They promised for the prosperous Karnali Province.

Senior-most PA member Him Bahadur Shahi conducted the first meeting. 

The meeting had declared the speaker's and deputy speaker election date for February 12. The meeting has also passed the Provincial Assembly Regulation -2018.
