RAJBIRAJ, July 19: Over a half dozen people were injured when a micro bus met with an accident at Portaha of Saptari along the East-West Highway last evening.

A microbus (Ba 3 Kha 8096) bound for Kakarvitta from Kathmandu overturned while trying to give way to a bicycle coming from the opposite direction.
Of the injured, condition of Shanta Kumari Rai, 45, of Topgachhi-5, Jhapa, Sunita Shrestha, 25, and Suman Kumar Ghimire of Koteshwor, Kathmandu is critical and they were rushed to Golden Hospital, Biratnagar for treatment while others are receiving treatment at Bhardaha-based Shiva Clinic, according to Police Inspector Gaurab Mahat.
