“We had organized a virtual film festival last year despite COVID-19 pandemic. Also, we have received positive feedback that this festival has played an important role in reviving the movie industry that was badly affected during the pandemic,” the statement quotes Ram Raja Dahal, principal of the college.
The films made by college students will be screened at the festival along with the films selected at the world's prestigious film festival. Similarly, along with the regular film screenings, discussions on various topics related to Nepali cinema will be held in parallel in the festival.
