TAPLEJUNG, May 26: A man died while his wife went missing after being swept away by a rain-fed stream in Sirijanga Municipality-7 in the district.
The deceased is 22-year-old Gopal Tamang while his wife Rina Tamang, 21, is missing in the stream, said Gopal Bahadur Gautam, a local.

The incident took place when they were returning home from their shop.
