The man is identified as Ghuran Mandal, 40, a resident of Khojpur VDC-6 and died at Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar this morning, District Police Office said. [break]
Mandal, who was on bicycle, was hit by a bus Na 3 Kha 5551 at Kalyanpur- 3.
Pillion riding Mohar Mandal, 50, of the same place is undergoing treatment, said DSP Shyamsingh Chaudhary.
Area Police Office Kalyanpur has arrested driver Surendra Tamang, 31, of Naubise- 8, Dhading and impounded the bus.
