Jagadish Mahato of Parsa died of electrocution when the truck (Na 2 Kha 4590) he was driving slammed into an electricity pole on the roadside in Ghoptebhir, police said.
Meanwhile, in another case in the district, two public vehicles were looted in Tikauli.
Police said four unidentified persons robbed Rs 53,000 and some other property after breaking into two trucks (Na 1 Kha 8967 and Na 1 Kha 4312).
Surendra Darai of Bharatpur-12 has been arrested on the charge of involvement in the incident, police added.
