One killed, five injured in jeep accident

NEPALGUNJ, June 8: One person died while five others were injured when a jeep with an Indian number plate met with an accident nearby Dakari, Banke on Tuesday.

The bus was carrying wedding party. [break]

Madhu Shah, 27, of Divarna VDC-2, Arghakachi was killed in the accident, police said. Shah is sister of the bride.

Bridegroom Soni Sen, 23, and bride Basuda Malla, 22, along with the driver are among the injured in the incident.

The condition of other injured--Suraj Malla, 52, and Rajendra Malla, 16,--is reported to be critical.
