One killed, another injured in motorbike accident

SUNSARI, Dec 18: A person died on the spot in a motorbike accident that occurred at Haripur VDC-5 of Sunsari district along the East-West Highway on Thursday evening.

An Indian national Imran Khan hailing from Gajiyabad died when a motorbike (Ko 21 Pa 4182) en route to east from west met with accident, police confirmed.

Likewise, Ashok Madndal of Haripur VDC-7 who sustained injury in the accident is undergoing treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, police informed.

The dead body of Khan was sent to the District Hospital Inruwa for post-mortem. RSS
