Kaluram Chaudhary, aged around 25, a wedding guest, was fatally injured in the incident that took place at Banbehada along the East-west highway in the district. [break]
He died while being taken to Attariya for medical treatment, police said. Of the injured, seven are said to be in critical condition.
The tractor (Se 1 Pa 2245) was heading to Majgaun of Dhangadi from Bhajani of Kailali. Police believe that overload was the cause of accident.
The tractor driver Ram Bahadur Chaudhary is on the run.
