RUPANDEHI, Nov 8: A person died when a Scorpio (Lu 3 Cha 3114) hit the bicycle he was riding in Lumbini Cultural Municipality-3 of Rupandehi on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Mahendra Bhar, 45, a resident of Kotahimai Rural Municipality-1. He died on Monday afternoon.
