LALITPUR Dec16: 'The Momo Hunt', a one-day entrepreneurship program was held at Little Angels’ College of Management on December 13. The event was hosted by the students of BBIS 7th semester of the fall session, 2018 jointly in venture with BBA 6th  semester students.


The event is a Bi-Annual Momo Festival, which is hosted twice a year by the BBA and BBIS students as a part of their Entrepreneurship course. This event is organized for allowing students to experience various aspects of entrepreneurship. Each group collects all necessary cooking ingredients and serving equipment’s on their own investment and brings them to the program venue.

There were a total of eight stalls serving Momo, Indian cuisines and Newari food items. The names of the stalls were Momolicious, PUBG Momo, Rinkiya ka Dhada, Pasa yu Bhutu, Palu Bhutu, Veerey’s Tadka, Tuccha Momo and Hashtag Momo. According to the principal of the college,  Mitra Bandhu Paudel, around 9,000 Momos were prepared during the event and 1,200 people participated in the event. The participants consisted the students and alumni of BBA, BBIS, BHTM, +2, A-Levels, Teachers and Faculties, College Staff, Invited guests etc.  


Events such as Momo eating competition, Paper Dance and Musical Chair were conducted simultaneously. The audience also enjoyed the live music performed by Parijat.  ‘Rinkiya ka dhaba’ was awarded the ‘Best Stall’ by the jury.
