Oli against retaining CA to set borders

POKHARA, July 23: At a time when major parties are mulling retaining Constituent Assembly (CA) even after promulgation of constitution, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli on Thursday said the CA won’t continue after the new statue is enforced.

Leader Oli said the nation will move ahead as per the constitution once it is enacted.

He was of the opinion that keeping on the CA will send out a message that constitution writing is yet to be completed.

Voices are being raised to retain the CA to delineate boundaries of provinces.

“The job will be done by commission,” he said.
