Earlier, a three-member bench of the Special Court Chairman Kedar Prasad Chalise and members Mohan Raman Bhattarai and Bhupendra Prasad Rai had sought a bail amount of Rs 59,000 each from NT Senior Engineers Rajendra Maharjan, Ram Naresh Singh Kuwar and Anil Kumar Acharya.[break]
Similarly, the court had sought a bail amount of Rs 45,000 each from NT Assistant Engineers Sri Krishna Bhujel and Bhai Krishna Maharjan.
Indian national Pankaj Kumar Banthiya, who was also arrested by the anti-graft body, was also released after he submitted bail amount of Rs 45,000.
The CIAA on Monday had arrested and filed a case against them at the Special Court on Monday.
