DANG, Nov 18: Secretary of the CPN-UML Shankar Pokhrel said the rationale of the present government will be ended after November 30, adding that transforming the present government into a national consensus government is not possible either.

Speaking at an interaction organized by the Reporters Club of Nepal, Dang, in Tulsipur, on Friday, he said the government is formed on the base of the four-point agreement, therefore, unless the agreement was scrapped with political consensus, no national consensus government was possible.[break]

UML Secretary Pokhrel claimed the present government had failed to play its responsible role, that´s why it could not be changed into a national consensus government.

He criticized Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai for forming a jumbo cabinet though he talked about austerity by boarding a Mustang car.
