No support from other ministries: Irrigation minister

CHITWAN, Jan 2: Irrigation Minister Bal Krishna Khand on Sunday claimed that he could not perform well due to lack of support from other ministries.



“Especially the Ministry for Finance did not release the budget for approved projects,” he said in a program organized by Nepal Press Union.[break]



Khand also requested media persons to write clearly about the plans of his ministry and support in his endeavors. Khand is visiting Chitwan to inspect the dams of Rapti river.



He also hoped that his ministry would get Rs. 410 millions for constructions of dams.
