UML chairman Jhala Nath Khanal stressed the formation of the national consensus government.
Maoist chairman Dahal, Maoist leaders -- Mohan Baidya and Dr Bhattarai -- and UML chairman Khanal and leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari were present in the meeting.
Meanwhile, Nepali Congress leaders are holding meeting with the Maoist leaders at 1 p.m.
