DANG, Sept. 29: Nepali Congress vice president Bimalendra Nidhi has claimed that there was no factionalism in the party.

During the programme, Nidhi said that statute amendment was needed to embrace modern political system adding that statute amendment was needed to advance the party’s agendas of federalism, secularism, democracy, socialism and non-violence in a systematic manner.
On the occasion, NC’s statute amendment committee’s coordinator Ramesh Lekhak said that the statute would be made timely.
Central committee members, parliamentarians, general convention representative, representatives of the party’s sister organization from the province no. 5 were present in the two-day-long event.
