"Unlike what is mentioned in the news, none of the people have been mistreated and assaulted at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation and the news related to this issue is not true,” Minister Ale said. “This can be verified by checking the CCTV cameras in our ministry and Singha Durbar premises. If necessary, the ministry and the administration will provide the CCTV footage.”
According to Minister Ale, there were complaints about how people going to India, Japan and other countries didn’t get tickets easily despite the number of flights increasing recently. Mentioning that some work needs to be instructed, alerted and reminded and as the leader of the ministry, that process will continue, he said that the NAC chairman was asked for clarification even before the local level election.
Similarly, Minister Ale mentioned that NAC chairman instead had put immoral pressure on him when the ministry asked for clarification on the complaints. He said the chairman was given several opportunities for improvement and the ministry had studied the grievances of the general public and service recipients. Likewise, he also alleged “some people are writing news to discredit me”.
