At a blood donation programme organized by the Shikhar Youth Club Ghattekulo in the Capital city on Saturday, General Secretary Singh, said constitution was essential to institutionalize the democratic republic. So, the CA election was unavoidable for the new constitution. [break]
"Date of the CA election can´t be deferred. It´s our party´s stand," he reiterated.
Chairman of the party at Ward No 32 in Kathmandu and Club Chairman Kush Dhakal said the Club has taken initiative to bring positive change in society.
As many as 150 persons had donated blood at the program.
