KATHMANDU, Jan 3: NMB Bank participated in the three-day renewable energy exhibition which started at Brikhuti Mandap, Kathmandu, on Friday. Issuing a statement, the bank said that it has come up with 'NMB Solar Energy Loan' to address people's need for alternative energy solutions.

"NMB promoted its 'Solar Energy Loan' at the expo to financially assist people interested in installing solar energy in their homes or offices," reads the statement. According to the bank, NMB Solar Loan is extended to people looking to install solar energy in their homes and offices.
"The bank provides loan of up to 90 percent of the initial cost of installation. The loan amount is payable in a comfortable tenure of up to 5 years at an attractive interest of 2.25 percent," the statement added.
