KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Deputy Prime Minister and Minster for Home Affairs, Bimalendra Nidhi has been assigned the Acting Prime Minister.
DPM Nidhi, whose position is second in the hierarchy as designated by the constitution, will look after the responsibility of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, the President’s Office said in a statement.
PM Dahal embarked on a four-day India visit on Thursday.
