According to a press release, Chairman of the Bank Jagadish Prasad Agrawal inaugurated the branches amid a function. All of these branches provide a full range of products and services including banking facilities like trade finance, remittance, business banking, drafts, SMS banking and Travelers Checks, among others. They also have automated teller machines (ATMs), providing 24 hours access to money.
The bank has also announced that it would soon install 25 ATMs across the country. The bank has a network of 22 branches and plans to add new branches in Teku, Malangawa and Mahendranagar soon, states the release.
Araniko appoints Growmore as issue manager
KATHMANDU, Nov 12: Araniko Development Bank has appointed Growmore Merchant Banker Ltd (Growmore) as issue manager to manage its public issue.
According to a press release, Narayan Kapoor Pathak, executive director of the bank, and Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, general manager of Growmore, signed an agreement to this effect on Thursday.
Araniko is issuing 980,000 units of ordinary shares, each with a face value of Rs 100, to the general public in the near future.
