KATHMANDU, June 23: NIC AISA Bank has announced the launch of Customer Retail Loan Tracking System (CRLTS) through which customers can track their retail loan proposal on the bank's official website -- www.nicasiabank.com -- by entering the application ID and mobile numbers.
"Under the system, customers, who have applied for retail loan, will receive SMS, explaining the progress of retail loan proposals (from the date of application received with complete set of documents till disbursement of retail loan)," the bank said in a statement.
The service is available in all 117 branch offices of the bank, according to the statement.
