KATHMANDU, July 23: NIC Asia Bank in a bid to withdraw its stake from Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has announced to sell its promoter shares.
NIC Asia Bank has appointed NIC Asia Capital as the issue manager for offloading its promoter shares in NIFRA. Issuing a public notice, NIC Asia Capital has called for applications to purchase one million units of the promoter shares, starting Tuesday. The deadline has been fixed till July 30.
NIFRA selling 600,000 promoter shares
Any individual or institution can apply for NIFRA’s promoter shares to purchase a minimum 5,000 units. The price is fixed at Rs 101 per share.
