NHRC Chairperson Anupraj Sharma made public the song. "The song has aimed at creating favourable atmosphere for equal behaviour to the Dalit and non-Dalit people."

Everyone is equal before law, he said, suggesting that the use of terminologies as Dalit and non-Dalit could be discouraged.

Although Nepal has envisioned the society free of ethnic discrimination, it is yet to be practiced in behavour. NHRC has launched nationwide campaign against ethnic discrimination and untouchability. The song was released as part of the campaign.
