The company has started selling M882 Taal, M648 Ego, M351 Dhoom-2, M621 Solid, M972i Dum, M855 Tune, M153i Fun and M738 Speed in Nepal. All the sets are priced below Rs 5,000 and support two SIMs. Besides these new models, the company also deals on other seven models by XAGE.[break]
Among the newly launched sets, M882 Taal has 2.2 inch color screen and 1.3 MP camera. It supports audio/video recording and has wireless FM, Bluetooth, GPRS and mobile tracker. It is available in the market at Rs 3,350.
Similarly, M351 Dhoom-2 and M621 Solid have features like 1.3 MP camera, auto call recording system, GPRS, FM and Bluetooth. Dhoom-2 has 2.4 inch color screen and is available at Rs 3,575, while Solid with 2.6 inch color screen is available at Rs 3,850.
M648 Ego is a slim and stylish mobile with 2.4 inch color screen, 1.3 MP camera with flash, audio/video recording, FM and Bluetooth. It comes with expandable memory up to 8 GB and is available at Rs 4,200.

Likewise, both M972i Dum and M153i Fun have 1.8 inch color screen, 1.3 MP camera, audio video/recording, wireless FM and Bluetooth. Dum priced at Rs 2,030 comes with expandable memory up to 4 GB, while Fun which costs Rs 2,275 supports expandable memory up to 8 GB.
M855 Tune and M738 Speed supports audio/video recording. Both the sets have wirelesses FM, Bluetooth, auto call recording and King movie player. Tune has 2.4 full touch screen and is available at Rs 3,750, while Speed is a 2.8 inch full touchscreen mobile with 2 MP rear camera with flash and 2 MP front camera. It is available at Rs 4,575.
Pradip Dhami, national sales manager of Shyam Baba Mobiles, said the company managed to sell about 30,000 units of XAGE mobiles within six months of launching the brand in the Nepali market.
“The demand for XAGE mobiles is growing as they are affordable and come loaded with attractive features,” added Dhami.
The company provides 4 GB memory card free with every purchase of all the handsets except Dum and Fun.
