New PAF vice-president assumes office

KATHMANDU, Nov 28: Newly appointed vice-president of Poverty Alleviation Fund Nirmal Kumar Bhattarai assumed office on Monday. Immediately after assuming office, he pledged to get rid of corrupt people in the organization and vowed to work for the common people. Bhattarai, who hails from Terhathum district, is also a central member of Nepal Communist Party (NCP).

KATHMANDU, Nov 28: Newly appointed vice-president of Poverty Alleviation Fund Nirmal Kumar Bhattarai assumed office on Monday. Immediately after assuming office, he pledged to get rid of corrupt people in the organization and vowed to work for the common people. Bhattarai, who hails from Terhathum district, is also a central member of Nepal Communist Party (NCP). Likewise, joint secretary of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation Chhabi Rijal also assumed office as the executive director of the Fund on Monday. Both were recently appointed by the cabinet.
